How do you display your photos after investing in family photography? Too often people let their family photos sit on their computer and never print them. I get it. The choices can be overwhelming. Is an 8”x10” frame too small for that blank spot on my wall? Do I print a canvas or have it framed? If I want a 24” x 24” frame, what size print do I need? After investing the money in a photo session though, you should do something more than let those photos sit on your computer.

One of my favorite memories growing up was when my mom would pull out the cardboard box of photos and let me thumb through all the images inside. I will still go through the photos when I go back home. Photos of my great-uncle from WWI whom I never knew but had heard a lot of stories about. Photos of my mom as a little girl on the farm during the depression. The one of my dad as a baby with his chubby thighs laying on a bearskin rug. I loved seeing the old cars, the funny clothes, and of course the hairstyles. There is something about that tactile experience of holding your prints, looking into that slice in time where you magically froze that giggle, the spark in their eye, the way they put their arms up when they are sleeping. Those scrumptious chubby cheeks will eventually be gone and before you know it, your independent pre-schooler is a tall and lanky teen.

So yes, it can be overwhelming knowing what to do with your images. There are so many options out there and then a million decisions with each product. That is where I come in! I don’t take your photos and then leave you hanging.

I have sourced the most amazing papers to show off your images and unique products that you can’t find at most consumer labs. Your prints are made using the same processes as high-end museum display products so they last generations. I can help you decide if you just want one large image printed on canvas and framed in dark walnut, or if you’d like a gallery wall with 9 frames that allow you to change out the photos from year to year. Maybe you have a very minimalist style and don’t want art for your walls at all. Beautiful albums or matted folios are another great way to preserve your memories.

In case you haven’t caught on yet, I feel like it is SO important for you to come away from your photoshoot with prints in hand, art on the wall, and gifts for your parents. This is why I have built in a print credit with each of my session collections. I have included beautiful products in my store, but if there is anything you have seen elsewhere that you’d be interested in, just let me know and I’m sure I’ll be able to find it. I am here to help and make sure you are left with something you absolutely love in your hands.
